Wayland Construction began operations in the Houston area in 1996 as a design and build contractor. We have continued to expand and enhance our skills throughout the years while maintaining the core values that set us apart: ability, craftsmanship and integrity. Today, we both design and build for a majority of our customers.

The founding motivation behind Wayland Construction is the desire to provide customers with a level of service, efficiency and professionalism that is unparalled in the industry. We take great pride in our ability to build and maintain client relationships and meet and exceed every expectation in the process.

We meet with our customers to discuss their remodeling or building project. We establish the scope of work required to fulfill their needs. Additionally, we establish a preliminary budget to accomplish the project.
